Our local assembly will remember that a few months ago, Bro. Barry read a letter to the congregation from Bro. Elias. He was writing on behalf of a Bro. Solomon, who was in need of a follow-up operation to remove metal rods that had been placed in his legs after a roofing accident. He was unable to work, or function very well day to day in his condition, which caused financial hardship for his family and many other trials.
As a congregation we took up an offering for this brother and sent it to him via Bro. Elias.
